1. Who we are
This website is operated by Omax Immigration Inc., an immigration consultancy based in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada. We are not affiliated with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), the Government of Canada, or the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).
2. Information, not advice
Content on this website is general information about Canadian immigration programs. It is not legal advice, and it does not create a client relationship. A client relationship begins only when we accept your engagement in writing.
3. No guarantees
Immigration decisions are made exclusively by IRCC and, where applicable, the Immigration and Refugee Board. We do not guarantee approvals, timelines, or any particular outcome, and no statement on this website should be read as such a guarantee.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. Applications based on incomplete or misleading information can be refused, and misrepresentation has serious consequences under Canadian immigration law. You are responsible for reviewing anything filed on your behalf before it is submitted.
5. Fees and payment
Consultation fees are shown on the booking calendar before you confirm. Any further professional fees for representation are quoted in writing and agreed before work begins. Payment is made by manual transfer (Interac e-Transfer within Canada, or wire/remittance details provided by email for international clients) and verified by our team; we never request card details or banking passwords on this website.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of this website is limited to the fees you paid for the specific service concerned.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and the courts of that province have jurisdiction over any dispute.
