Booking

Book your consultation

A consultation is a working session: we review your situation, explain your realistic options, list the documents each option needs, and quote any further fees in writing - before you commit to anything.

Omax Immigration Inc. — licensed Canadian immigration consultancy in Surrey, Canada.

Five steps, no surprises

Fees are shown on the booking calendar before you confirm. No outcome is ever promised - that is both our policy and the regulator's expectation.

  1. Choose your plan

Pick the 20-minute Express Strategy Session or the 40-minute Comprehensive In-Depth Audit - both show duration and price before you commit.

  2. Complete the short intake

Tell us your consultation topic and accept the Initial Consultation Agreement - a requirement before a paid consultation can be booked.

  3. Pick a time on the calendar

Our Cal.com calendar shows real availability. Every booking is reviewed and confirmed by our team before it is final.

  4. Pay using the instructions you're shown

Right after you request a slot, the page shows your Booking ID and the payment method for your region - Interac e-Transfer in Canada, or an email request for international details.

  5. Get confirmed, then complete the assessment

Mrs. Arora verifies your payment and confirms the booking. Cal.com emails you the confirmation, and the linked assessment form opens with your Booking ID.

  • Confidential - Your documents and case details stay private.
  • No intermediaries - Your session is with a regulated consultant, not a reseller.
  • Fees in writing - The fee is shown before you confirm, and further fees are quoted in writing.
1. Choose your consultation plan

Initial consultation fee will be 100% credited towards your retainer agreement if signed within 30 days.

2. Pre-consultation intake

Tell us what you want to cover so your consultant can prepare. The calendar opens once you have selected a topic and accepted the agreement below.

This agreement is required by our regulator before a paid consultation can be booked.
