About Omax Immigration Inc.
Omax Immigration Inc. is a consulting agency that provides professional services to help students, families, and other visitors to Canada. We are based in British Columbia, and we have been advising clients on Canadian immigration matters for five years.
Our work is straightforward: understand your situation, explain the realistic options, prepare complete and consistent applications, and keep you informed while the process unfolds. We do not promise outcomes — Canadian immigration decisions are made by IRCC officers, not by consultants — and we are candid when an option is not a good fit.
Over 300 clients have worked with us across study permits, work permits, visitor visas and Super Visas, permanent residence, and tribunal matters. That experience shows up in the details: knowing which documents matter for your specific case, and where applications most often go wrong.

What we are not
- We are not IRCC or the Government of Canada, and we cannot make decisions on your application.
- We do not guarantee approvals, timelines, or outcomes — nobody legitimate can.
- We do not sell jobs, nominations, or guaranteed “visa approvals”.
How to verify our regulatory standing in real time
Under section 91 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, only authorized representatives may advise on or represent an immigration application for a fee. You do not have to take any consultant's word for their standing — the register is public and takes a minute to check.

Open the CICC Public Register
The College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants publishes a public directory of licensed consultants. It is the official tool for checking anyone who offers immigration advice or representation for a fee.

Search the licensee
Search by the consultant's legal name, or by the licence number they give you. A consultant who will not tell you their licence number — or whose name is not in the register — should not be handling your file.

Confirm the status and the licence class
Check that the entry is active, and that the licence class covers the work you need. Tribunal representation before the IRB, for example, requires a distinct authorization beyond a standard RCIC licence.

Ramneek Arora
CEO & Founder — Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant
Ramneek Arora founded Omax Immigration Inc. to give applicants straight answers instead of sales pitches.
Over five years she has worked with more than 300 clients on study permits, work permits, visitor visas and Super Visas, permanent residence applications, and matters before the Immigration and Refugee Board. Every file the practice takes on is prepared and supervised under her RCIC licence — she reviews the documents, explains the realistic options, and tells clients plainly when a pathway is not a good fit.
She works from British Columbia and meets clients by video, phone, or by appointment at the office.
Verify our licence on the CICC Public Register
Canadian immigration consulting is a regulated profession. Consultants must be licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), and the College maintains a public register you can search at any time.
Rather than printing a licence number here — which can go stale the moment it changes — we link to the live register so you can confirm the current standing of any consultant, including ours, before you engage anyone.
Open the CICC Public RegisterThe register is operated by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants at register.college-ic.ca. Omax Immigration Inc. is not the College and does not speak for it.
Tribunal representation (IRB)
Representation before the Immigration and Refugee Board requires a distinct licence class — lawyers, or RCIC-IRB Class L3 consultants licensed for unrestricted practice across all four IRB divisions. Our founder’s IRB credential details are pending confirmation from the client.

How we work, in four commitments you can hold us to from the first conversation onward.
Regulated practice
Canadian immigration consulting is a regulated profession. Advice and representation for a fee may only be provided by an authorized representative, and we work within that framework on every file.

Objective assessment
We tell you which options are realistically available on your facts, and we say so when the honest answer is that a stream is not a good fit or that waiting is the stronger path.
No false hope, no guaranteed outcomes
Direct, one-on-one consulting
Sessions are built around your situation rather than a script, in plain language, with your questions answered directly instead of being handed to someone else.
